Chiropractor Keith Krueger D.C., CSCS
Dr. Keith Krueger grew up in Loveland, Colorado and Wisconsin, but has called Lancaster, Pa. his home since 1991. After undergraduate training at Hope College, he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has also completed over 200 hours of postgraduate work in spinal rehabilitation plus a comprehensive training program in whiplash and brain traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Among his specialties is working with athletes of all levels to help them attain peak performance and recover from injuries. Dr. Krueger's own experience as a competitive athlete has made him particularly passionate about - and effective at - helping athletes return to training after suffering from sports-related injuries and conditions. As a swimmer and tennis player in high school, triathlete, marathon runner, and repeat competitor at the American Birkebeiner, he understands first-hand the urgency of wanting to get back into action after a sports injury. He has earned the status of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. And he is one of the few area chiropractors skilled in SASTM (Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), an innovative non-invasive technique that uses sound resonating tools to both diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries.
Besides his drive to help people achieve wellness, Dr. Krueger also enjoys a wide array of other interests and activities. He is husband to Sally and father to Caleb, Chloe and Bella. He also enjoys reading to expand his perspective and gain new knowledge.
He is an active member Westminster Presbyterian where he has taught both adult and children's Sunday school and has served on various committees. Fueled for a passion for classical education and the enrichment opportunities it provides, Dr. Krueger also serves on the Board of Directors at Veritas Academy.

Sally Krueger - Office Manager
Sally is Dr. Krueger's wife and our Office Manager. She is also the owner and operator of her own business, "Sally Belle Photography." She works part time here in our office doing billing and helping at the front desk, and splits the rest of her time working for Veritas Academy as their School Photographer and shooting sessions for her own clients. She and Keith have three children, Caleb, Chloe and Bella (two teenagers and a "tween!") who have increasingly busy lives of their own. She and Keith have been married for 20 years and are so grateful for the opportunity to continue to work together.
Paula Loux - Chiropractic Assistant
Paula is the smiling face you'll see when you walk in our doors. Paula joined our team in the summer of 2008 and brings a diverse collection of experiences to the team. Previously, she proudly served in the US Air Force on a Titan II Missile Crew as well as having worked many years in banking and financial service sales. Paula is an avid sports fan (Cubs, Cowboys and Spurs) and music lover (Classic Rock, Blues and Country). Two passions also shared by her daughter Sissy and husband Dean.
Mandie Konecke - Chiropractic Assistant
Mandie has been apart of the team since 2016 and comes with a diverse background ranging from working in a hospital setting to customer service. She graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2008 with a B.S. in Elementary Education and also played tennis the 4 years she was there. She continues her love of the game and has been a certified USPTA teaching pro during the summer months at Hershey Country Club for the past 10 years. She enjoys watching the Eagles and Phillies, loves playing all types of sports, being outside hiking, biking or sitting around a campfire, and you can always find her listening to music! However, her most favorite things to do are spending a quiet evening playing Scrabble with her husband, Jim (the ONLY game she can beat him at!), and chasing around her toddler, Murphy, all over the playground!
Ashley Imhoff - Massage Therapist
We are excited to welcome Ashley to our team! Ashley has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for four years. She received her training at Harrisburg Area Community College. Her love for the practice came when she was receiving massage treatment herself as a patient. Through that experience, she realized the importance of touch therapy.
She has worked with all kinds of patients - ranging from post surgical cases, patients going through substance abuse rehabilitation, postpartum women, to patients simply seeking relaxation. Through training in many different modalities, Ashley has found her main focus to be in pain management and stress relief. Working along side with a Dr. Krueger, she has been able to see the results and benefits of chiropractic care combined with massage.
When Ashley is not trying to help others heal, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who she married in June 2016. They love traveling (especially abroad when possible), hiking, trying new foods, cooking, being with friends and reading. They are looking forward to what the future hold for them!
